Keystone Associates offers a variety of programs designed to meet the unique needs of organizations and their employees.  Whether employees are leaving because of reduction-in-force, early retirement or a voluntary incentive program or change in business, we can provide the support needed. Our programs are tailored to meet each organizational initiative, and budget, and are formed around our dedication to the success of our client companies and the employee making the transition. 

From junior managers to C-suite executives, our programs are centered on individual experience levels.  For example, the most efficient and cost-effective choice for a group of junior level employees is to offer Job Search Seminars.  In this situation, we offer a two day seminar on “How to Conduct a Successful Job Search Campaign” for each homogeneous group of affected employees.

FastStart is an intensive one-day program providing an overview of the job search process.  This program includes job search strategies and techniques, resume development, research and technology resources, interviews and negotiations, training and private consultation with the Keystone seminar consultant to produce a high-quality, effective resume. Participants also get access to our proprietary online career portal.

For professionals in supervisory roles, we would recommend the Career Advancement Program.  This features a blended delivery approach combining one-on-one consulting, intensive group learning opportunities, online resources, job development, resume development, and access to our career resource area.  We also develop a custom strategy for managing a proactive job search and assist in designing an effective career advancement plan. 

For more senior employees, we recommend our Comprehensive Career Transition Program.   This program consists of significant private career consulting, small group seminars, office and administrative support, and every other area needed to conducts a successful job search.  We also offer access to our alumni network and resume development and production team.
