Elaine Varelas, Managing Partner
Elaine Varelas, Keystone Partners' Managing Partner, has over 20 years experience in career consulting and coaching development, and has worked with numerous executive management teams to improve organizational effectiveness. She has expertise in successfully resolving complex career management issues, including workforce planning, redeployment and multi-site restructurings. Elaine's experience spans a broad range of industries and businesses, including Fortune 500 companies, start-up ventures and not-for-profit organizations. Elaine also serves as Treasurer of Career Partners International, LLC, a network of independently owned career management firms which Keystone co-founded in 1987.
Prior to joining Keystone, Elaine served as Director of Career Services at Stonehill College where she was a member of the faculty. She was formerly Assistant Director of Career Planning and Placement at the Boston University School of Management.
Elaine frequently addresses professional associations and has spoken to the Massachusetts Hospital Association, Society of Women Engineers, Hospital Financial Management Association and Simmons Graduate School of Management. Elaine has achieved widespread recognition for her expertise and insight on career matters. She is a weekly contributor to the Boston Globe's Job Doc.
A graduate of the Management Development Program at Boston University, Elaine holds a Master of Education degree from the University of Vermont and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. She is an active member of many professional associations, including The Boston Club.
Mary Aceto, Consultant, Burlington
Mary Aceto is Consultant for Keystone Associates. In her role, Mary serves as strategist, business partner and career coach to professionals at all organizational levels. She is a seasoned HR professional and has worked in a diverse range of industries including retail, transportation, telecommunications, staffing and consulting.
Mary holds a Master’s in Counseling from Suffolk University and earned her undergraduate degree in Sociology also from Suffolk.
John Adduci, Senior Consultant, Boston
John Adduci is a Senior Consultant for Keystone Associates where he advises mid- to senior level managers , executives and individual contributors who are in career transition. John has 25 years Human Resources Management experience in the financial services sector.
John is currently a lecturer at Emmanuel College and Boston University. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts and a Master’s degree from Emmanuel College.
Mike Brown, Consultant, Raleigh, NC
Mike Brown is a Consultant for Keystone Associates where he provides career coaching and training to all levels of corporate clients on issues regarding career management and transition. Mike has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, Training/Facilitation, Executive Development and Coaching in both corporate and consulting roles. He has provided support and solutions to clients large and small, on 4 continents and in a wide variety of industries, from Healthcare IT, Research, Telecommunications and Publishing to Manufacturing, Recruiting and Sales.
Mike and his teams have been recognized with the ATD Golden Torch Award for Employee Development, Malcolm Baldrige Awards and several intra-company awards for Business Results, Leadership Development, Succession Planning and Performance Management. He has led OD, training, coaching and recruitment initiatives that have been game changers for his clients.

Mary Cavanaugh, Vice President, Boston
Mary advises mid- to senior level managers and executives and professional individual contributors who are in career transition. She also serves as the site lead to all Boston consultants. She has more than 20 years’ experience as a Senior Human Resources Manager in the high tech, government contracting and professional services industries. Her background encompasses a broad scope of human resource services and responsibilities and includes staffing, career development, performance management, benefits and compensation, and training in Behavior Interviewing. Mary has also consulted to organizations in science and biotech and assisted with career management needs during all types of organizational initiatives.
Mary received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College.
Judith Clare, Consultant, Boston
Judy Clare is a Consultant for Keystone Associates where she is responsible for delivering strategic transition programs that include, career counseling, career development and career management. Judy works with professionals at every level and from a broad range of industries. Judy has more than 30 years experience in career counseling and education.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bryant University and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies and a Master of Education degree in Counseling from Rhode Island College. She is a graduate of the National Associate of College and Employers’ Management Training Program and Leadership Rhode Island.
Stephanie Daniel, Senior Partner
Stephanie Daniel oversees the consulting and delivery services for all Keystone Associates' offices throughout New England. Stephanie is a seasoned career management, human resources and staffing professional who joined Keystone Associates in 2002.
Prior to that, Stephanie was the director of client services for a Massachusetts-based human resources consulting firm where she was responsible for business development and operations. Previously she worked as the director of human resources, and as director of career and alumni services for both public and private educational institutions.
In her role at Keystone Associates, Stephanie advises professionals in career transition and manages the design and delivery of candidate career development programs, including the Master the Arts career series and live and on-demand webinars in topics ranging from managing change to negotiating job offers.
Stephanie has blogged for Boston.com and frequently speaks to human resources professionals and candidates on how to use Social Networking tools to improve career development activities.
Stephanie holds a Masters in Career Education and Counseling from Boston University and BA in Spanish and Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
David Denaro, Vice President, Burlington
David Denaro, Vice President, is the site lead for Keystone’s Burlington, MA and Nashua, NH offices, where he advises executives, managers and individual contributors in career transition.
David has over 25 years of experience in career advising, staffing, and leadership development. He has successfully advised career changers, career continuers, and clients who decided to start their own consulting practices. He is certified to use the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and several Lominger leadership development tools when his clients are in the assessment phase of career transition work and he draws on his draws on his corporate and agency recruiting background when they are in the interview and negotiation phases.
David joined Keystone Associates in 2008. Prior to Keystone, he coached and advised leaders, individuals, and teams as an HR Business Partner in financial services and technology firms ranging from partnerships to very large global enterprises. He also worked for several years as an placement agency recruiter.
David holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts in Boston. He has been a regular volunteer coach in the Babson College Coaching for Leadership program.
Marcy Tannenbaum-Fox, Senior Consultant, Boston
Marcy Tannenbaum-Fox has extensive experience working with senior executives and managers in handling the full spectrum of career lifecycle events, including searching for new employment, career shifting and retirement planning. For the past 25 years, she has focused on empowering clients to find the clarity necessary in making informed career decisions and creating winning strategies to achieve the desired results. She believes that the development of an authentic and engaging narrative is essential to the successful exploration of options.
Marcy coaches, consults with and trains senior executives and managers from a broad range of industries, including healthcare, financial services, pharma, biotech, high tech, manufacturing and academia. She is also a Certified Physician Development Coach who understands the unique challenges and circumstances of the physician and new physician executive.
Marcy has facilitated stress management and change management seminars at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and served as a faculty member and career counselor at the Massachusetts General Hospital School of Nursing.
Marcy is an ICF Certified Coach and member of the International Coaching Federation. She earned her M.Ed in Counseling Psychology from Boston University, and a dual Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Performing Arts from the American University.
Todd Gecewicz, Vice President, Raleigh, NC
Todd brings extensive expertise in Human Resource and Insurance solutions and focuses on building strategic relationships with organizations throughout the Triangle region of North Carolina.
Prior to joining Keystone Partners, Todd held sales and marketing leadership positions focused on human resource solutions and employee benefits consultation at top-tier companies, such as TriNet and Colonial Life. His leadership often benefitted from his distinct ability to continuously provide fresh ideas steeped in strategic solutions.
Todd grew up outside of Buffalo, New York and as a former collegiate and professional athlete; he understands teamwork and how to bring the right people together to provide the most effective solutions for businesses of all sizes, and industries. He served as a Terrain Analyst with the 100th Engineer Company of the US Army following studies in elementary education at the University of Indianapolis. Todd is also a CrossFit enthusiast and a competitive triathlete.
Maria Grasso, Consultant, Boston
Maria Grasso is consultant for Keystone Associates where she brings over 25 years of Leadership and Organizational Development experience to her role. In her position, Maria advises executives, managers and individual contributors in career transition. Her areas of expertise include executive, management, and professional development and coaching and all aspects of talent and performance management which, coupled with her strong business knowledge, helps clients successfully transition into new career opportunities.
Maria’s background includes senior management positions in financial services, technology, healthcare, professional services, hospitality and pharmaceutical sectors.
Maria is a member of the Human Resource Leadership Forum and the Boston Facilitators Roundtable. She holds a graduate degree in the Applied Behavioral Sciences from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Maureen Hanahoe, Consultant, Raleigh, NC
Maureen Hanahoe is a Consultant for Keystone Associates in the North Carolina office. She is responsible for delivering strategic transition programs that include career, development, management and transition coaching. She works with professionals at every level and from a diverse range of industries.
Maureen’s background includes over 25 years of experience in human resources, with a great deal of specialty in talent management and development, recruiting and coaching. She has worked across many different sectors, including non-profit, financial services, consulting, manufacturing and life sciences.
She holds a Masters in Business Administration from Virginia Tech, with a focus on Human Resources and International Business, and she earned her undergraduate degree in Business from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, IN.
David Hennessy, Senior Vice President, Keystone Partners, Boston
David Hennessy partners with individuals and corporate clients to successfully address their career management challenges. David joined Keystone in 2000 with over twelve years of experience in management, training and sales. Prior to joining the firm, he was an East Coast Sales Manager for a national raw materials distributor. David is a certified Dale Carnegie course instructor who has also been trained by Organizational Dynamics as a certified facilitator in Quality Management programs. As an experienced program leader, he has provided training in communication, leadership and management skills.
David is a member of Northeast Human Resource Association's Advisory Group and he serves as an elected commissioner with the Reading Municipal Light Department, a municipal utility serving 29,000 customers in four towns north of Boston. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Boston University's Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Tom Higgins, Consultant, Boston
Tom Higgins is Consultant for Keystone Associates where he provides coaching and training to corporate executives and professionals. He has been a senior Human Resources executive with Fortune 500 Companies, including Chief Human Resources Officer to international corporations. Tom has led change leadership and Organizational Development initiatives within these global organizations, and he provides Keystone clients with both the corporate and the candidate perspectives of the talent selection process.
Tom holds a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Development from American University in Washington, D.C. and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Cornell University in Industrial Relations, where he was awarded the President John F. Kathy Larkin, Consultant, Boston
Kathy Larkin is a Consultant at Keystone Associates where she consults with clients from a broad range of industries and professions providing coaching and career guidance to individuals in career transition. She brings 24 years experience in Human Resources to her role at Keystone.
Kathy holds a BA degree in Psychology from Boston College and volunteers her time with organizations such as Bottom Line and Institute for Career Transitions where she works with both college students and the long term unemployed coaching and counseling individuals to help them transition into successful careers.
Kim Littlefield, Senior Vice President, Keystone Partners, Boston
Kim Littlefield consults with organizations and senior executives on complex career transition and workforce planning issues. Kim has over 15 years of experience in training and business development. Prior to joining Keystone, she was a senior trainer with Dale Carnegie Training. As a certified Dale Carnegie instructor, Kim has taught courses on human relations, communication, leadership, sales, public speaking and presentation skills to thousands of people from students to executives. At Keystone, she regularly trains groups on Networking, Your 30 Second Commercial and How to Work a Room.
Kim holds a Master of Science degree in Adult and Organizational Learning from Suffolk University and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Bryant University. She is an active member of the Northeast Human Resources Association and Human Resource Leadership Forum. Kim frequently addresses professional associations and networking groups, including the Northeast Human Resources Association and Financial Executives International.
Pennell Locey, Vice President, Burlington
Pennell Locey, Vice President and leader of Keystone Associates’ individual delivery practice, is a member of the Consulting Practice Leadership Team.
Penny has over 25 years experience in career management, human resources, and leadership development. As an HR business partner and organizational development practitioner, she has coached executives and teams to significantly improve business and personal results. Her wide-ranging career management background includes leading career and executive development at Polaroid Corporation, consulting to organizations on implementing organization-wide training, succession planning and talent management programs, and running a successful independent career consulting practice. She has headed restructuring, redeployment and retraining programs including partnering with MA Division of Career Services, MA Rapid Response and Worcester Polytechnic Institute on the design and delivery of a model biotechnology retraining program for displaced chemical workers. Penny was a college career planning and placement office director and taught graduate career counseling courses at Boston College.
As a founding member of the Independent Career Counseling Consortium and co-founder of a regional professional organization for Career Consultants (New England Institute for Career Development), Penny has been a frequent speaker and guest lecturer, and has been a regular contributor to the media.
Penny holds a Masters of Education from Boston University in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts from Wellesley College.
Jayne Mattson, Senior Vice President, Southborough
Jayne Mattson is Senior Vice President of Keystone Associates and site lead for the Southborough, MA office. In her role at Keystone, Jayne consults with professionals and executives from a diverse range of industries, functions, and organizational levels, and specializes in mid-career change, pre-retirement planning, and career self-assessment. She is a Certified Retirement Coach and Master Consultant through Career Partners International, and brings over 15 years of corporate experience from Millipore Corporation, a Fortune 500 Medical Device/ Life Science Company, and her private practice prior to joining Keystone Associates. At Millipore, Jayne was responsible for managing the company’s Global Engineering Documentation System.
A skilled trainer and facilitator, Jayne has applied her expertise in developing and leading dynamic career enrichment seminars, including "Understanding Corporate Culture, "Using Social Media to Build Relationships" and "Rebuilding Confidence After a Job Loss." In addition, Jayne frequently authors articles on numerous career topics; her work has appeared on Mashable.com, Monster, Career Builder, as well as in print publications including the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times. Jayne is a frequent speaker at conferences like Bryant University Women's Summit and she received an Innovation of the Year Award from the Council of Aging for the development of an employment program, Wisdom Works.
Jayne volunteers her time in several organizations that empower youth and student leaders to give back to the community and develop self-confidence and professional leadership skills, including Hugh O’Brien Youth Leadership and CareerEngage.
Debbie Noschese, Senior Vice President, Keystone Partners, Boston
Debra Noschese works closely with client companies on integrated career management and leadership development needs. She comes to Keystone with over 20 years of training and business development experience. At Eastman Kodak Company's internationally acclaimed Marketing Education Center in Rochester, New York, Debbie led several courses including the six-week "Basic Sales Training" program, a model shared with other major corporations. She was a key contributor in developing computer based training that was used by IBM following Kodak's acquisition of their copier division. As a Regional Training Coordinator in Dallas, Texas, Debbie designed and developed curriculum for continuous learning programs for sales staff, as well as instructed and managed training initiatives. She was involved with developing annual operating plans with the forecasting and analysis group; developing a skills inventory for sales positions; and assessing sales staff to improve productivity and performance. While a Training Consultant in Plano, Texas, Debbie developed curriculum and conducted professional development seminars focused on adult learning and presentation skills for the faculty of a local college.
Debbie holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth and currently serves as an officer of the Medfield School Committee.
Janet Parker, Senior Consultant, Burlington
Janet has devoted over 25 years to helping people create more successful and fulfilling professional and personal lives through the facilitation of seminars and training programs and as a certified professional coach. In her career, she has worked with over 10,000 people throughout the United States, as well as in Europe, the Middle East and South America.
After a successful career in advertising, Janet made a career transition to training facilitation. She apprenticed with an international personal development training company and became a lead facilitator for large group transformational seminars, specializing in advanced intensive work to overcome personal limitations for over twenty years.
Janet's industry experience includes, healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, computer technology and education. She led trainings in topics such as leadership, presentation skills, team development, customer service, communication skills, coaching and more.
Because of her extensive experience in working with people, in 1998 Janet had the honor of being granted a coaching certification with the International Coach Federation.
Janet’s unique background and years of in-depth work with people have given her profound understanding of what makes human beings “tick”. She brings this to her work in training and consulting with Keystone.
Bonnie Petrovich, Senior Consultant, Nashua, NH
Bonnie Petrovich is passionate about empowering people in their career transitions and helping them to discover new possibilities. She has over 20 years of experience working in human resources, training and development with Fortune 500 companies and smaller businesses across a range of industries. Prior to joining Keystone Associates, Bonnie directed a New England regional training program for a Fortune "Most Admired" financial services company—coaching entrepreneurs in their career transitions and launching their businesses. She has coached hundreds of professionals and is known for her intuitive listening and thinking outside of the box.
Bonnie holds a Master of Education degree in Counseling Psychology from Cambridge College and did her undergraduate work, concentrating in Psychology, at Ohio University and the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay. She is also a Certified Professional Coach, CPC, from an International Coach Federation-accredited training program, the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.
Mary Karen Rogers, Consultant, Boston
Mary Karen Rogers Consultant for Keystone Associates where he advises mid- to senior level managers, executives and individual contributors who are in career transition. Mary Karen has been focused on career planning for the majority of her career in the Higher Education sector.
Mary Karen earned her M.S. in Education/Human Resource Development. She has held membership in The American Counseling Association, The National Association for Legal Career Professionals, Massachusetts Law School Consortium, and Northeast Law School Consortium.
Michelle Rouse, Consultant, Providence, RI
Michelle Rouse is a Consultant in the Southborough, MA office. She provides impactful career transition assistance, talent management and coaching to her clients at Keystone Associates. She has over 20 years of corporate experience as a senior human resources professional in high tech, biotech and professional services industries. Her expertise encompasses the areas of employee relations, coaching, compensation, performance management, and recruitment. Michelle has been a member of the Wrentham Elementary School Committee and a founder of the Wrentham Elementary School Trust. Also, she is the Founder and volunteers her time with the Wrentham Angels which is a network of volunteers supporting families in crisis.
Lisa Saia, Director of Client Services, Burlington
Lisa Saia, Director of Client Services for Keystone Associates, is responsible for the organization and planning of our corporate client’s career transition and workforce planning efforts. Lisa leads a team that supports the corporate sales team as well as ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of Keystone Associates’ services. Lisa is responsible for streamlining all Client Services business operations and maintaining highest service delivery standards. She is also tasked with the creation and development of all Client Services reporting.
Lisa’s background as a Senior Accountant with Keystone Partners, in addition to her analytic and strategic thinking as well as her problem solving skills, adds significant value to her role as Client Services Manager.
Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University.
Omar Saldana, Vice President, Keystone Partners, Boston
Omar Saldana, Vice President of Keystone Partners, counsels organizations and senior leaders to successfully address career management and human capital challenges. He joined Keystone Partners with over twenty years experience in management and human resources with expertise in performance management and career development. Prior to joining the firm, Omar worked in the bio-pharmaceutical, professional services, technology and higher education sectors. He is SPHR certified and is fluent in Spanish.
Omar is an active member of Northeast Human Resource Association and the Human Resources Leadership Forum. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from New York University's Stern Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Economics from the Cornell University.
Beth Scanzani, Consultant, Burlington
As a Keystone Consultant, Beth Scanzani draws upon her extensive and multi-faceted experience as a human resources executive and certified coach to help our clients gain clarity, focus, momentum and successful outcomes in their career search process.
In addition to her experience as a career consultant with Keystone, Beth has extensive experience with corporate strategy and operations, organizational performance, compensation, career development, recruitment, training, leadership development and coaching, performance coaching and employee relations. Beth has served as a senior level executive, respected leader and human resources practitioner in heath care, technology and manufacturing environments in small, mid-sized and large corporations. Most recently, Beth help the position of Chief Human Resources Officer for Private Healthcare Systems in Waltham, Ma.
Beth holds a B.B.A. in Business Management from the University of Massachusetts. She is certified as an Empowerment Coach and Master Energy Leadership Coach through the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching (iPEC), and a True Purpose Coach and teacher through the True Purpose Institute™. In addition, Beth has achieved certification through David Rock's Theoretical Foundations of Coaching program and Columbia University’s Executing Breakthrough Strategies program.
Kathryn Seni, General Manager, Raleigh, NC
Kathryn Seni is General Manager of the North Carolina Office for Keystone. In this capacity, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the office and manages all service delivery mechanisms and resources. In addition to her operational responsibilities, she also works with individuals and groups, facilitating the career transition process for professionals at all levels across a wide variety of industries and functions. In particular, she specializes in working with executives in the Life Sciences, Financial Services, and Technology industries.
Prior to joining Keystone, Kathryn was a Managing Director for an executive search firm and wholly owned subsidiary of Fidelity Investments. Most recently, she was Head of Global Human Resources for the firm; and previously, Kathryn was Managing Director of Operations for the company, with oversight of all internal activities and search operations globally. Both roles involved strategic planning and leading the organizational development of the firm, particularly as it related to domestic and international expansion.
Kathryn is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the American Counseling Association (ACA), the National Employment Counseling Association (NECA), and the National Career Development Association (NCDA).
Kathryn received her MAEd in Counseling (with honors) and her BA in Psychology (cum laude) from Wake Forest University.
Marci Shaffer, Senior Consultant, Southborough
Marci Shaffer is a Senior Consultant at Keystone Associates where she provides impactful coaching and consulting to a broad range of professionals from diverse industries, functions, and organizational levels and dynamically delivers Keystone’s group programs. In her role of both coach and facilitator, she draws upon her multi-faceted career experiences and years of organizational and external career development coaching and career transition consulting. Marci is passionate about helping people find their best path, and is skilled in helping people both move forward with greater confidence and conduct a strategic job search.
Marci holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources from Northeastern University and is an ICF Certified Coach.
Inspired by disability as part of diversity, Marci is an active member on her town’s Commission on Disability and frequently partners with colleges, employers and organizations on ways to improve employment outcomes for college students/graduates with disabilities.
Lisa Shannon, Senior Consultant, Burlington
Lisa provides one-on-one career consulting to clients across all industries and roles. Lisa also delivers and facilitates Keystone’s group learning opportunities. With over 20 years of Human Resources experience, Lisa has particular strength in coaching her clients on impactful interactions with HR professionals/hiring managers and in helping clients articulate their key strengths in the marketplace. Lisa offers pragmatic strategies to keep her clients engaged and energized through their career exploration and search.
Prior to Keystone, Lisa provided HR consulting services to clients in an array of industries. In addition to career management and coaching, Lisa has supported clients with staffing, training, organizational development and program development. She is a skilled business partner who has been entrusted to support critical organizational initiatives.
Lisa holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She is certified in Lominger Leadership Architect and Voices (360 feedback and coaching) and is a member of Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA).
Brenda Stanton, Vice President, Burlington
Brenda is Vice President for Keystone Partners where she advises organizations and senior leaders on complex career management and leadership development challenges. Brenda joined Keystone Partners in 2011 as a consultant, partnering with individuals on the development and successful execution of customized strategic career plans.
Brenda’s experience in human resources and consulting transitioning professionals allows her to bring a unique perspective to every client engagement.
Prior to joining Keystone Partners, Brenda served as a career transition consultant for individuals in industries such as financial services, biotech and pharmaceutical, high tech, manufacturing, and professional services. She also spent 15 years in business development and marketing roles at publishing, advertising and technology firms.

Jackie Thompson, Senior Consultant, Boston
Jackie specializes in coaching professionals who are considering a job change or going through a career transition. She has a strong track record in developing and delivering customized career development programs to professionals from diverse industries and organizations. Jackie has specific expertise in using various assessment tools to help individuals identify their preferences, functional skills, values and interests and to apply this information to the job search process.
Prior to joining Keystone, Jackie was the Vice President of Business Development for a statewide service provider and the Vice President of Sales for a pre-IPO company. She has over seventeen years of executive management experience including leading and building teams in the workplace.
Jackie holds a Master’s degree in Health Policy and Management from the Harvard School of Public Health and a Master’s degree in Community Health Education from the University of Wisconsin. She is a Master Certified Practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and has been a qualified administrator of the MBTI since 1985.
Colleen Torell, Vice President, Boston
Colleen is a one-on-one career management consultant. She advises managers, executives and professional individual contributors through their career transitions. As a core member of the Keystone Associates Legal team she also offers in-depth and specialized career management solutions for attorneys and legal professionals at all levels.
Colleen joined Keystone from the law firm of Choate, Hall & Stewart where she was Director of Legal Recruiting and Senior Manager of Professional Development. Prior to that Colleen worked at the Boston University School of Law Career Development Office where she delivered career counseling services to law students and alumni. Earlier in her career, Colleen practiced law at the firm of Massery & Gillis.
Colleen earned an English degree from Boston College and a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School.
